I really thought Obama was a Carter redux, but I was giving him way too much credit. Even Jimmy the Dhimmi isn't this stupid.
The Pentagon's senior judge overseeing terror trials at Guantanamo Bay dropped charges Thursday against an al-Qaida suspect in the 2000 USS Cole bombing, upholding President Barack Obama's order to freeze military tribunals there.
The charges against suspected al-Qaida bomber Abd al-Rahim al-Nashiri marked the last active Guantanamo war crimes case.
The legal move by Susan J. Crawford, the top legal authority for military trials at Guantanamo, brings all cases into compliance with Obama's Jan. 22 executive order to halt terrorist court proceedings at the U.S. Navy base in Cuba.
What a slap in the face to these fine sailors.

They gave their all, we need a President who has the courage to stand up for them. But those who are forever trapped in a September 10th mentality will have already forgotten that the ten suspects captured in Yemen somehow managed to escape prison. Yes, ten of them on the same day, from the same Yemeni prison.
The same Yemen government who has an official who said "Yemen is like a bus station — we stop some terrorists, and we send others on to fight elsewhere ... We appease our partners in the West, but we are not really helping."
Or that released Gitmo detainees have already surfaced on al Qaeda videos.
Obama has sent a clear signal to jihadists that while they wage war on us, we will do nothing.
