Republican Mitt Romney won Nevada's caucuses Saturday while John McCain and Mike Huckabee dueled in the South Carolina primary, a campaign doubleheader likely to winnow the crowded field of presidential rivals.
It looks like Romney's Nevada strategy paid off, letting McCain and Huckabee tangle over South Carolina. That gives Romney 3 states. Polls show McCain narrowly leading Huckabee in South Carolina.
Nevada has 34 delegates, S Carolina, 24, but pundits on the web and tv are claiming SC is the more important win. I'm not sure why.
It looks like Romney is winning by a large margin, 48% to McCain's 15% with less than 1% reporting.

It looks like Ron Paul might finish second with 13%. No doubt capturing the all-important Aryan brothel vote.

McCain is ahead of Huckabee in the exit polls in SC. 32% to 27% respectively.
Duncan Hunter is out. No surprise, but I still hate to see him go. Maybe tomorrow he will endorse one of the remaining candidates.
