Liberals love to say that the military is made up disproportionately of minorities, because of poverty, poor education, and lack of jobs (three things which are actually depicted in this cartoon). It's one thing to SAY that, but even Ted Rall is not stupid enough to actually juxtapose a picture of a black soldier next to those words.
