Hirsi Ali on Hannity and Colmes

Ayaan Hirsi Ali is an open apostate of Islam, and is on H & C promoting her new book "Infidel" . Hirsi is a Dutch citizen of Somali birth. The daughter of a warlord who fled Africa to the Netherlands to seek political asylum. She was a member of Dutch Parliment until questions involving her citizenship forced her out.

Hirsi Ali is an atheist who left her faith as a result of 9/11. She also wrote the script to "Submission", the film that cost Theo Van Gogh his life, due to it's critisism of the way Islam treats women.

Hirsi Ali is currently working on the sequel to "Submission" and hsa taken a position at a think tank, the American Enterpise Institute.

Colmes trots out the well-worn argument the terrorists are somehow misinterpreting the Quran. Hirsi Ali begs to differ.
